What are the delivery times

The shipping time of your order is linked to the production process and takes normally 3-8 working days, calculated from the day after you submitted your order.

In order to minimize waste, we work with an "on-demand" system. This means that your order will be produced individually for you and therefore delivery might take a little longer than stock items would. You can always find the delivery times in your shopping cart, and in your confirmation Email. 

Once everything is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Depending on the status, all relevant information appears there.

Should you still have not received your order after 10 business days, please reach out to us! We are always happy to help.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is ready and starts its journey to your delivery address, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email contains a link with a tracking number to monitor your order. Depending on the processing status, all relevant information will appear there.

Just double check to make sure the delivery confirmation didn't land in your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

How are my prints sent?

All prints will be rolled and packed in a sturdy, triangular kraft paper box, to ensure a fast and safe delivery you you. The packaging is plastic free.

Is express shipping available?

Unfortunately not yet, but we are working on it and hope that this will be possible soon.

Which countries do you ship to?

Studio5prints is a French company. We ship from our partner locations in Spain or Latvia, whichever is closer to your shipping address.

We ship to the following 15 EU countries:
Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Please note that shipping time between countries may differ. Once you received the shipping confirmation you are able to track your delivery time.

My order hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received your order within the delivery time described, please check first if you have provided us with the correct information. If yes, contact us as soon as possible and we are happy to help you.

In case you have provided incorrect information, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can see what we can do. Unfortunately, if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out, as a customer you're responsible for the additional costs that may occur.
