How do I return my order?

Online shopping can be tricky and we understand that well. Do you want to return an item? Easy! You can return your prints to us within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please inform us about your decision within these 14 days, ideally with the cancellation form you'll find here.

As soon as we have received the article and it has been processed, the value of the goods will be refunded immediately.

How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order in our web shop.

What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to our customer care team:

- Email address that you used when placing the order 
- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Product number 
- Photo of damaged or incorrect item. 
- Photo of your package, if that is possible

How will I receive my refund?

In case of a refund, if you paid for your order with a credit card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be made back to the account or credit card linked to your Paypal account. We refer you directly to Paypal for more information.

When will I receive my refund?

After checking the items you have returned, we will immediately issue a refund of the corresponding value of the goods.

It may take up to 30 days between receipt of your return and the refund. You will be notified immediately by email once this is processed.

A refund will be issued back to the account linked to your original method of payment. Please note, when payed by credit card, the refund may only show up on your next or upcoming credit card statement. 

Why was my order returned to studio5prints?

A postal return to studio5prints can have several reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address, several unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of acceptance or it was not picked up at the post office within the specified time period.
